Fort is a simple firewall for Windows 7+.

Features:
- Filter by network addresses, application groups
- Application group speed limits
- Stores hourly, daily, monthly and yearly statistics
- Graphical display of bandwidth
- No alert popups
- Based on Windows Filtering Platform (WFP)
