Simon Larsen 3eba4da4a8 refactor: Update CODE_REPOSITORY_PASSWORD and CODE_REPOSITORY_USERNAME environment variables ... This commit updates the environment variables CODE_REPOSITORY_PASSWORD and CODE_REPOSITORY_USERNAME in the Copilot project. The previous variables GITHUB_TOKEN and GITHUB_USERNAME have been replaced with the new variables to improve clarity and consistency. The changes are made in multiple files, including .github/workflows/reliability-copilot.yml, Copilot/.env.example, Copilot/Config.ts, Copilot/Utils/CodeRepository.ts, Copilot/Utils/Init.ts, config.example.env, and docker-compose.base.yml.
